This is interesting...why would they want to cover up who turned down their award? I mean we already know the whole honours list thing is a complete farce, getting a dubious award from an extremely disreputable & dishonest system at the hands of a bunch of real benefit scroungers! I am always conflicted about the whole thing...its intent is to recognise those whove made valuable contributions & while every now & again those real individuals do get recognition, on the whole this is outweighed by all the spurious awards...after all, anyone can be nominated whether they merit it or not & it is more often used as a propaganda medium than anything else especially when we see creatures like Maurice Mills getting one...I think that until such time as any award system is not used as an undiscerning & immoral tool then the true heroes are those who refuse to stand alongside the scum!
