(This is just fiction, but why cant a disabled pleb like me, become leader of the peoples party, so if I got power in Mays election as Labour Leader) The NHS, maybe on life support, but if I got in power my job would be to get the NHS off life support. You have two choices ! 1) Less tax on E.g. Cars, PCs, DVDs, PC Games, Music Advents And Sports Advents And So On. 2) Or Vote Tory the more personal wealth party and the less socialist society party, but most of Britain will use the NHS at some point in our lives, because not everybody as millions in the bank for personal health care and so on, so the choice is a little less tax on luxury items or pay a little more, but have the care we need in the NHS for all. So again I would tax a little more on none food items, but wait 12 months to get the money in the bank for the government. Then get 60,000 NVQ level carers at NVQ Level into Hospitals around the UK, to help free the nursing stuff on wards. The Duties Of The NVQ Level cares are these duties. 1) help feed the real ill in hospital 2) help the real needy in hospital over the day 3) Just care for the ill. The NVQ Level is over 2 years working in the hospital It will count to care for people in homes later and the disabled. The age group is 16-20 year olds, who want a future in care. The wage is £5.50 per hour, for 20 hours working in the hospital, and another 10 hours in the class room a week, so that is 30 hours week, at the hourly rate of £5.50 x 30 hours = £165 a week, for doing a care NVQ with the NHS, total wage a year is £8580 = no tax to pay either, its not bad money for a training carer in the age group of 16-20, plus you would be legends and helping to give the care, that is needed in the NHS. But remember I have saved the cost of the wages over the first 12 months of government, the total cost over the 24 months is this for 60,000 training carers in the NHS £1,029,600,000.00. Its worth it, if care standards go up and they better go up as well, plus it helps the youth show a caring side, I would only want caring young people. Also the youth carers each get two weeks full sick pay a year and three weeks holiday a year as well = 21 days a year over the 24 months. They must finish the carer NVQ as well, so it must be young people whos heart are in it, they must be very caring human beings as well.
