(This is just fiction, but why cant a disabled pleb like me, become leader of the peoples party, so if I got into power in Mays election as Labour Leader) The NHS, maybe on life support, but if I got in power my job would be to get the NHS off life support. You have two choices, if I was running for power, but I am being honest with the people of the UK, see I believe in a socialist society, if the UK, does not then, that would sadden me, to be really honest, if the people didnt vote for Labour, it would mean that, I live in a more selfish society ! 1) Vote for less VAT on Luxury Items E.g. Cars, PCs, DVDs, PC Games, Music Advents And Sports Advents And So On = Vote Tory. 2) Vote Tory, the more personal wealth party and the less socialist society party, but remember most of Britain will use the NHS at some point in our lives, because not everybody as millions in the bank for personal health care and so on = a little less tax on luxury items, cheaper luxury items = Vote Tory. So its this Choice - 1) Vote Labour for a little more VAT on Luxury Items E.g. Cars, PCs, DVDs, PC Games, Music Advents And Sports Advents And So On = Vote Labour. 2) Vote Labour for a true socialist government, the more socialist society party and the peoples socialist society party to boot and ok it means we all have to pay a little more VAT on luxury items in society, but we have the health care, that we need in the NHS for all - Vote Labour. So again I would have more VAT on Luxury Items, but no more VAT on food items, because that would hit the poor in the nation hardest, but I also would wait 12 months to get the money in the bank for the government to spend on the NHS. Then employ 450,000 Youth Carers Into Hospitals Around The UK, to help free the nursing stuff on wards as well. The Duties Of The Youth Carers are these duties. 1) help feed the real ill in hospital 2) help the real needy in hospital over the day 3) Just care for the ill. See its a contract for 2 years work in the hospitals around the country. It would also look good on the CV as well, if you were looking to care for people in homes later, the disabled and so on as well, helping the youth move into health care jobs in the nation as well. The age group is 16-20 year olds, who want a future in health care. The wage is £5.50 per hour, for 42 hours working in the hospital, so that is 42 hours a week, at the hourly rate of £5.50 x 42 hours = £231.00 a week, for doing youth care within the NHS, total wage a year is £12,012, its not bad money for a single youth health carer in that age group of 16-20 year olds, plus you would be legends and helping to give the health care, that is needed in the NHS. But remember, I have saved the cost of the wages over the first 12 months of government, the total cost over each 12 months is this for 450,000 youth carers in the NHS £5,405,400,000,00. Yes, its 5 billion plus, into the NHS for youth workers, thats British youth workers or other nations youth workers as well. I would also put another 8.5 billion into the NHS just for peoples health care and another 6.0 billion for nurses, doctors wages and other staff wages = pay rise for NHS Staff, so in total thats 20 billion on VAT a year, its worked out to bring in that amount over the first 12 months of government, Yes I am doing the Tories Job, for them to win the election for them, but I would be interested to see, if Britain is not a selfish nation, but a real socialist nation, so I would have to stick to Labour plans for the NHS for the first 12 months of government, to I get the extra 20 billion a year in the bank with extra VAT on Luxury Items with Society over the first 12 months of government. Yes, There is the risk of slowing down the high street, plus also maybe higher interest rates as well, plus also slowing down the nations growth rate as well, so the Tories maybe would say his a honest man as well, but I still believe in a true socialist society, but does Britain share my vision for the future as well or is Britain more selfish and everybody in it for themselves = I am alright jack type of thinking. But its worth the risk, if Health Care standards go up in the NHS and they better go up as well for that amount of investment of money by the tax payers, plus it helps the youth in Britain show its caring side as well, I would only really want the most caring young people in the UK for the jobs. Also the youth Health Care workers each get two weeks full sick pay a year and four weeks holiday a year as well = 28 days a year over the 12 months of the year. So it must be the young people, whos hearts are really in it, they must be very caring human beings as well, before even thinking about the job roll as well or a future in Health Care for the sick or ill of our nation. They would be called my love workers in the NHS across the Nation to be really honest ! My Election saying would be You can stand alone and vote Tory or We All Stand Together And Build A Brighter And More Glorious Future Under A New Government, So Please Vote For The Real New Labour Or Socialist Party Of Great Britain Plus I would have changed the Labour partys anthem to this new song as well - The New Anthem Of The Peoples Of The Planet Earth - (If I Had Anything To Do With It) O Socialist kingdom of mankind, forever standing in our strong brotherhood and sisterhood !
