This is kind of how it happens when my head hits the pillow and I try to sleep. The committee of gotta dos, dont forget, what ifs, remember your responsible for, the should I or shouldnt I, which of my childrens lives should I focus on improving, should I forcus on improving my life, did I pay the pool guy, is the front door locked, did I get enough exercise in today, did I get too much exercise, do you think (fill in the blank) is mad at me?, did I eat too much, do I want to eat some more,...........it goes on and on. And then.....I go to sleep
