This is me & I feel Great! But then again, I have felt great every day for the past 1 1/2 years thanks to our fat burning system! I lost 11.8 pounds in 8 days, 22 pounds total & 5 pant sizes (in less than 7 weeks), along with tons of inches! I have kept it off easily for over a year now. I have more energy than I have had in years and Im feeling FABULOUS at 54!!! No more headaches, back, knee or elbow pain, & no more hot flashes! I sleep wonderful and I am happier and healthier than I have ever been! I think people forget how good they are supposed to feel!
