This is my Rice pudding recipes 2- cups of white chinese rice 2- cups of whole milk 1/2 Cup sugar Lemon peels Cinnamon 1- egg yolk Put milk in a pan add sugar little at a time stirring it around taste it to see how sweet you want it, add lemon peels and rice, bring it to a boil then turn down the heat to a sim cook for about 10 minutes stirring at all times after 10 minutes take the pot off the stove now in a bowl break up the egg yolk add a little bit of the rice pudding to the egg mix stirring it fast, add the egg mixture to the rice pudding cook it for 5 minutes longer, now you can take the lemon peels out or keep them in. ..I kept my in... put into a dish , put plastic rap on top this keeps it from drying out, ......ENJOY. ...
