This is my cousins answer to one of her friends question as to whats going on in Gaza. She explains it perfectly so I thought I would share for my friends who might not understand. Please take a minute and read. Do not rely on what you are being told by the media. I totally understand. If I wasnt born there and havent seen things with my own 2 eyes, I would be confused as well. The media is vastly controlled by Israelis and of course journalist are not able to speak the truth. The NBC reporter was pulled back from Gaza because he said that he was playing with the four boys on the beach before they were killed and that nothing was going on at that area, CNN reporter was also pulled back right after she said that Israelis are sitting on top of the hill cheering on and they threatened to burn our car if we tell. But aside from that. As for what is currently happening. 3 Israelis , a 19 year old soldier and two 17 year olds went missing in Hebron, few days later, their bodies were found in shallow graves in a Israeli controlled area The ratio of Palestinians to Israeli soldiers is like 1 to 10 and every Israeli is armed even if he is not a soldier. so it doesnt make sense that a Palestinian would be able to do such a thing in that area. Also, few days before the incident. 3 Israelis died in a terrible car accident near by and their bodies were held by the government to serve a higher purpose . which is very suspicious. Then Israel blamed hamas for it and threatened to make them pay the price. hamas denied and still denies any involvement of those teenagers. so when the bodies were found, Israel started kidnapping people and imprisoning them, breaking into homes and flipping it upside down and then leaving just to create drama, Hamas didnt respond, then they hit 34 different targets in Gaza and killed 11 Gazans. Did they really expect no response?! Hamas responded with rockets, that are homemade, barely does any damage, but Israel on the other hand did tons of damages. and if you look through my wall, youll see plenty of stuff they did to Gazans. Now comes the issue with a lot of people. Israel offered a cease fire and Hamas still launched rockets for 5 hours. hamas had no clue of a cease fire, an agreement was done between Israelis and the Egyptian president. scroll down to my video Israel doesnt kill civilians and youll hear the reporter ask why didnt you talk to hamas directly . and his answer was, I assumed they will be notified!!! the cease fire agreement was to just stop fire, Israel will keep control of one boarder and Egypt will keep control of the other boarder. well Gazans accepted that kind of agreement in dec.2008 and this is what happened : Israel controlled water and electricity, each area would get it once a week. Can you live with that? They forbade any Gazan to cross the boarder, if he/she doesnt have a dual citizenship. and even then, it would take days for them to travel, It used to take people living in Ramallah, an hour to get to Gaza, now it takes a month or so, and again if you have dual citizenship. thats totally insane. They have a beautiful beach with so many kinds of fish and shrimp.Gaza used to be like New Orleans, if you want the best shrimp, crawfish, any kind of sea food, go down to Gaza. but Gazans are only limited to 200 meters. thats .124 miles. there is no more fish to fish, no where to go, no water and no electricity. who can live that life? I cant. So Hamas agreed to a cease fire with these conditions : 1. to ease travel of Gazans and to allow those with only Palestinian citizenship to travel. 2. open up the beach and let them use one of the best resources they have. 3. to free all the prisoners who were taken for no reason other than Israel mad because of the 3 Israeli teenagers, whom till now, no one took responsibility for!! 4- to stop forbidding food and medicines from entering Gaza. 5- to stop the occasional killing and targeting of hamas members. which they have done plenty, and one of those killings was filmed and posted on youtube. heres the link to it https://youtube/watch?v=-sQUsZc5kV8 . Israel with its vast technology can pinpoint one car , they can certainly pinpoint specific people and not bomb hundreds of houses, injure around 2000 people.
