This is my partners mums version of goulash. 3 cubes of beef stock 500g mince 1/4 cabbage 2 carrots A packet of chicken noodle soup (I didnt have one today) 1/2 - 1 cup peas & corn Add salt, pepper & Worcestershire sauce to your liking. Throw it all in the sc except peas & corn & cover with water. Leave the lid on. Cook on low for 6hours add peas & corn then 1hr on high. Move to the stove & Thicken with gravy, I usually empty out some water too so its not so runny. I also browned my mince first. Yum!
