This is my problem and I need some suggestions from my face book friend. On August 11, I was at U~haul, at 11120~154 street, Edmonton, AB. I was there with my eldest daughter to give her baby clothes. I cleared out one storage room to less the cost of two costs of two storage rooms. On August 15, with out no one telling me, they cleared out my storage room. On August 23, I had called to make a payment and they had told me that my storage unit had been cleared out. I had called the Police and received two event numbers. Also was told that U~Haul had closed the file and I had to re~open it again. I also informed them that I will be getting my Lawyer involved. They had thrown everything out, baby clothes, photo albums of my children, my child hood youth, memories, my clothes, decorations. More so, they allowed this to happen with out contacting me. Its sad to say but I will not be recommending their services to any of my family members or to friends. The Mgr was suppose to contact me, she gave me her word, I dont like liars. So, now I have to sit and wait for some person to call me to find out on what happened to my belongings.
