This is my rant: if anyone is thinking of signing up for massages thru Massage Envy DONT DO IT!!!!!!!!. I am totally turned off by the way they treat clients. The massages are great, the techs always professional, however if you miss a month, which you pay for in advance by the way, theres no phone call no follow up to see if everything is ok. Furthermore I called to cancel my membership on Sept 4th, was told by the clerk I would no longer be billed, didnt need to sign anything good bye good writtens. Today Massage Envy charged me again. When I called to inquire why I was charged I was told, oh you have to sign a cancelation form and give 30 day notice. (Hmmm smh) Brielle assured me that her manager April would call me to apologize for being given the wrong information, however, when I was called back I was told, we received your cancelation form you paid your last fee today already, your membership will expire October 11th. I asked if I would still receive a call from April the manager and was told oh no this is how she is handling it, she wont be calling you. So guess what? Im bashing your business!!! I am big on customer service, if you treat your customers right they come back and refer your business, if you dont, they do not return and tell EVERY ONE how bad your service is. MASSAGE ENVY has bad service. That is all.
