This is my salute to Veterans and their Families...My husband Bill was a 20 year Navy Veteran...serving in Viet Nam, and later Grenada,...also West Pac tours and Med Cruise..as a Signalman, .in the Seabees (Construction Battalions) as a steelworker in Puerto Rico and Diego Garcia....Most of his career was sea duty. The picture in the middle is me ,,,mowing the yard in Jacksonville, FL..a 1/2 acre of St. Augustine grass that started as plugs..and a walk behind mower...no rider for me....as my T-shirt said The hardest job in the Navy, Navy Wife...The 3rd picture is our welcome home sheet for Dad when he came home after the Med.cruise to escort oil tankers through the Straits of Hormuz... I cherish my time as Navy wife,,,and mother at home with Michael Everett ....and will always have a special place in my heart for Military families...God Bless the USA..
