This is nationwide news. Its a juicy morsel. It happened in McAllen, Texas, but what happened in McAllen didnt stay in McAllen. The lady is a judge, Justice for the 13th Court of Appeals in South Texas, Nora Longoria. She recently got drunk, drove, got stopped, and the whole thing is on video. She refused a breatalyzer and a blood test. The video was not entered into evidence. Her case was thrown out -- Not Guilty. Whoa -- wait a minute. No video? Then what the hell is this movie here? Refusing the tests? You can legally do that, but there are consequences. Ole Nora has suffered no consequences, none. So far. I wonder what came of the cop who stopped her and filmed her? Stay tuned.
