This is not a victory for Democracy, it is not a victory for constitutionality, but a victory for DETERMINATION and COMMON SENSE .It will be wrong to dedicate this kind of victory to a democracy or constitutionality that never existed .Only Osun people rejected Jonathan in the 2011 election, they have done it again. This is premised on determination, commonsense and the collective good will of the people . The governor-elect of Ekiti State once goofed that he was going to dethrone all APC governors in the West, I think he just missed one, let someone rush to give him the sad news.Its not a landslide victory but an earthquake victory. Congratulations to the good people of Osun State .My Assessment : I can confidently say that the election was fair at polling units but not credible in the overall. How best can I describe an election that was millitarized and held amidst tension and fear? Well, the election is almost concluded, awaiting pronouncement by the State Resident Electoral Commissioner .Aregbe should also know that the majority of the votes given to him were by the commoners, they were given by those whose daily bread are gotten by severe stress and luck, they stood for you in a tense weather, do not make them to curse this day.Once again, I say congratulations! Do it right !
