This is not an historic moment of international cooperation. This - TopicsExpress

This is not an historic moment of international cooperation. This is a joke. Glad the U.S. can now agree to ONLY dump 6 billion metric tons of CO2 into the atmosphere every year. I feel much safer. Will we still praise their willingness to compromise when the oceans are too acidic to harbor any life but microbial extremophiles? Or when there are no large mammals left in the wild? Or when desertification finally starves our children to extinction? Or perhaps the more pertinent question is this: Why do we still trust the very profiteers of climate change and global suicide to have a change of heart and do the right thing for the good of all? Whether you want to admit it or not, we are at war, and we are losing very badly.
