This is one of my favorite weeks of the year at work. Im done with MGX and shift my time to the xDM Event which I love, love, love. I get to be creative and make awesome decisions. It has nothing to do with the fact that I control everything (hee,hee) ok maybe a little bit. But really Its my team, they are all so smart, they all are the subject matter experts, I dont have to micromanage anyone, they know events inside and out and get epic shit done!! I hand picked the best of the best. (Creative Directors, Event Managers, Photographers, DJ, registration/housing team, showcase and sponsorship managers, allocation manager). AND they let me be their Facebook friend, which is pretty awesome. My manager is definitely NOT my Facebook friend (and I like her). T-9 weeks, Are you ready team?
