This is one of my favourite TED talks that brings scientific evidence to a truth that yoga asanas have been based on for eons: the way you hold your body affects how you feel, your perception & how you interact with the world. But it is not only power poses or just postures from yoga that can create very transformative effects in your energy, emotions & mind. Dance has an incredible potential due to its dynamic nature to radically change how you feel (thats a no brainer!) but also specific movements and dance styles allow you to access particular states of being (related with the chakras). In the Awakening Shakti workshop you will experience the arousal of each of your chakras through dance (as well as yoga, music & other sensory exercises) and learn how you can skillfully change your energy and thus your perception in your daily life to meet every situation with fullness and vibrancy.
