This is one of my most requested recipes....I am throwing it out here for everyone.... Cornbread salad 2 Jiffy cornbread mixes prepared as stated on the box, baked and cooled 1 can of corn drained 1 can of black beans rinsed well 1 chopped green pepper 1 chopped red pepper 1 chopped onion 3 cups of shredded cheese 1 package / 2 cups petite diced ham ranch dressing... Grab a large bowl and crumble the cooled cornbread. Add all the rest of the listed ingredients except the ranch. Get your hands in that bowl and mix it all together. Now, pour on the ranch dressing and get those hands in there and work it in good...I use a large bottle and usually have about half left...you want it nice and moist but not soupy. It is better prepared a day ahead of time....Enjoy!!!
