This is one of reasons why Microsoft most likely restructuring. Like I said, biggest problem of a company is talented people being pushed down. By folks who think they above them bcs they manage them. I believe in foundation where you have to earn your Management position and be able to share with your team the progress and give more credit to peeps who make it happen. FYI it is not related to anything where i am. Just saw article and reminded me of some Microsoft/Other managers i met and they were brain dead about how stuff works "just repeating like parrots what others say..".... IDIOTS, how they got positions it is questionable. Just bunch of sharks trying to be big, ...
