This is one of the best videos Ive seen recently. This is Julie - TopicsExpress

This is one of the best videos Ive seen recently. This is Julie Foucher, CrossFit Games podium finisher and as you can see, she started out completely human and normal! She was gangly and awkward but dedicated and consistent. It took her 3 years to reach the podium at the 2012 Games. I learn a lot of lessons from this… 1) Learn movement first, gain strength in the movement second 2) Get good coaching 3) Stick with it, perfection isnt an overnight experiment 4) If you want it, go get it. You wont reach your goal by sitting on your butt 5) Youll get great by being consistent, smart and diligent 6) Smart programming, dedication to your craft and intense desire to be BETTER will ensure you stay on track 7) Having someone watch over you who is actually qualified to coach is more important than just practicing. Practice doesnt make perfect, it make permanent! PERFECT practice makes perfect 8) Dont expect it to happen overnight, but like Pantene says, it will happen. Keep going :) Move Strong Gym is the premier training facility in North-West Tasmania, home of the Tasmanian Institute of Sport and a CrossFit Affiliate.
