This is one of the hardest post I will have made so far. I was diagnosed with BPPV a type if vertigo brought on by sudden head movements. This is my fourth week having the same symptoms and there is no quick fix. It will heal in its own or may never. Mine is pretty severe. Im just now learning more about it and have prescription medication now. This is very debilitating at times and I had a bad day today. What this means is that I may never teach zumba again. The one joy in my life that I truly loved. Most of all my participants. I love you all to the moon and back.
