This is one of those days that I feel government at all levels is getting further and further away from the reasonable expectations of ratepayers, voters, tax payers and residents. Too many stuffy systems in place across the whole system to suppress innovation and common sense thinking. Too many senior civil servants who have never worked in a competitive private sector and too many politicians who have never worked outside of politics. Rant over!
