We are looking for a strong Front-End Developer to work collaboratively with our team. The main function of this position is to provide front-end development, especially translating flat mock-ups into rich Internet applications. This position will drive the creation of great user experiences that deliver real strategic business value. He/She should have a profound portfolio and easily demonstrate great front-end development skills with an aptitude to learn and grow with every opportunity. He will also understand roles, and can collaborate with other team members including the design team and back-end development team. A successful candidate will be a self-starter with solid experience creating web-based applications with an emphasis on front-end development. We are in need of a talented developer who can hit the ground running, has a superior work ethic, takes pride in his/her work and has a passion for writing code. The Front End Developer is expected to: • Be the usability/interface developer on our main website and affiliated sites • Interpret graphic visual or interaction designs in HTML, CSS and Javascript. • Develop front-end code for both desktop and mobile platforms. • Conceptualize solutions to complex design/content requirements • Develop interfaces that are usable, intuitive and esthetically pleasing, and bring them to life via advanced JavaScript and CSS skills • Creating, editing or modifying templates for a CMS or web development framework • Demonstrate the ability to quickly iterate through multiple concepts, designs and layouts, effectively incorporating feedback from multiple disciplines then refining them for improved usability and appearance • Testing cross-browser, cross-platform, and/or cross-device compatibility for inconsistencies. • Communicating and maintaining tight working relations with the Vice President and Director of Marketing on all web-related projects The Front End Developer is required to have: • Expert-level skills working with JavaScript, CSS and HTML5, including responsive design • A strong working knowledge of JavaScript libraries and front-end development platforms such as JQuery, bootstrap etc. • An understanding of back-end connectivity with Databases • The ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail • Self-directed when faced with support issues • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines • Ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice based on leadership priorities • Proven ability to learn and retain information quickly • Self-starter approach, with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility • Excellent communication skills • Additional desired skills: ASP, PHP, Ajax; Experience developing mobile applications for Android Education and Experience for the Front End Developer: • B.E/B.Tech Fresh /exp Upload ur cv @ nimrodtech.in/enquiry.html Web: nimrodtech.in/
