This is probably a true story about Coty which I found in a book Mr Coty took a bottle of his new perfume to one of the popular stores. The manager declined his new product and showed him the front door. Mr Coty left the store dejected and accientally dropped the bottle of perfume and the contents were spilled all over the pavement. Then the unthinkable happned. Several ladies had walked by and wanted to know about the lovely scent they were smelling. The manager who previously had rejected Mr Coty said "We have made an large order which will come this week" This was the success of Mr Coty whose products are sold worldwide today
