This is professor Rosa Brooks. She is a former member of the Obama administration and advisor to the defense department. She expertly describe the murky-ness of the suspension of Constitutional law when a person is no longer classified as a citizen, but a combatant. This Georgetown professor is best remembered for her comment: The executive branch states that they have the power to kill anyone, at anytime, anywhere in the world, for secret reasons based on a secret process undertaken by unidentified officials. That frightens me. Remember, evangelicals are considered Radical and extremists by our government. Take a listen.
