This is ridiculous. Cops are way too gun happy. It is bad enough what he did do, how was he so quick to fire in a public location? What if his shots had hit a gas pump? Or an innocent bystander? And this poor man did nothing wrong. I am sure there will be people that will say you cant blame the cop for being so nervous and quick to react...cops get shot at all the time...well let me just say, if you take that side, let us hope you dont make the mistake of being deaf or blind around them, or just move too quickly in front of them....you might get shot by a cop too. What ever happened to being innocent until proven guilty anyway? We do not need the type of authority that will shoot us for trying to speedy to give them an ID, even if we are difficult with a cop does not merit being shot or even beat, if they or someone else arent in real absolute danger, their gun should never leave their holster. Period.
