This is so sad, this sweet little boy. We live next to a river. It is literally 20 yards from our back door and this is my worst nightmare - times two. We have deadbolts on all of our doors - the keys are up high and out of reach of the kids but close enough to access in case of an emergency - and once our backyard is landscaped and even with it being fenced in I will never let the kids play out there unattended. It can only take a second for them to disappear and be gone forever. There is no scenario on earth where I could handle that for even one second. I hope this family can find some peace during this so difficult time.
