This is so spot on true!!! It also holds true to for other arts, as well... such as instrumental and vocal music education, and theatre. As a parent, I do NOT expect my children to pursue the arts a career, but all the life lessons they glean from their years of participation, will prepare them for whatever they desire to do, and hopefully make them better people that will make this world a better place, by paying it forward.
