This is so true. I fear for the younger generations…..my sons…nieces, nephew….I miss so much real living, real moments, real connections. Part of me craves the death of this electronic revolution, social media. So that we can be Family, friends, gregarious humans. So we can see and experience each others, weakness, strengths, stupidity, messiness. And, yet, here I am sharing all of this with you, via keyboard and screen…. :( I live thousands of miles away from my family, sons. I type words of loneliness, and wishes for company and communication. I feel a small amount of satisfaction that someone read my text message, that I made contact and have been connected. False.
