This is supposed to be America. This is not France nor is it - TopicsExpress

This is supposed to be America. This is not France nor is it Mexico. Here, there is supposed to be the presumption of innocence unless and until proven guilty. If you are American, then whether you like a jurys verdict or not, you accept it. Here, there is supposed to be blind justice, not vengeance. Tracking George Zimmerman and spreading his private life all over the internet is evil. It is not American. If you disagree, post it. It is very easy to obtain anyones complete background, extremely easy to invade the privacy of anyone. If you believe that it is right to do this to a man declared by a jury of his peers to be not guilty, then it is right to do it to anyone in this nation. If you have the lynch-mob mentality, we can always bring lynch-mobs back. Be careful what you wish for, you may get it. There have been quite a few verdicts I personally did not like, especially those where a mere technicality got someone released. But I am, AMERICAN, so I accepted those verdicts. There is a good reason for this. My Founding Fathers stated: It is better 1000 guilty go free, than 1 innocent suffer. If you do not believe in my Founding Fathers, fine, then lets all suffer. Every skeleton in every closet spread all over for the world to gape at. I do not suffer either fools or hypocrites gladly; I dont suffer them at all.
