This is the Larimar I wear around my neck. The preferred method would be to drill the hole prior to shaping and polishing the stone but the drilling is the most difficult step so I did it after shaping and polishing and started from the back of the stone without a drill press so I didnt maintain the 90 degrees from the front surface plane. As a consequence, the hole is not perfectly centered in the front but I dont really care.
