This is the Not a Diet, Just a Change in Lifestyle 60-day Challenge!!! Today I am starting a 60 day journey to be ready for summer time. Whos with me? I ask you to do something different for the next 60 days. Modify your eating, exercise, move more, run... What to do? Write down your weight, how you feel today and take pictures of your body. Make healthy choices when you eat. Craving a donut, pizza or burger? Make a sacrifice for 60 days... You will get to enjoy that craving, just not yet! Keep track of what you eat and push your limits. Post your plan here so we can all learn. In 60 days, take pictures, weight yourself and I guarantee you will feel better. This challenge will not be easy and it requires self control. Do you struggle to finish something that you started? This is the chance to start and finish, and we are here to support you! Me: Starting weight 139 Exercise Plan: Insanity Workout and Running (including half marathon on May 4) How I feel: I took a 1 week break from running after completing a half marathon, so I feel a bit heavy right now.
