This is the campaign I will be delivering in Luton for the next 8 weeks with Vinspired Teamv- Beyond a tin of food. Food poverty is such a harsh reality for some people here in the UK, although it may not be as evident as other forms of poverty such as homelessness it is still increasing, growing numbers of people are going hungry and being forced to rely on food banks to feed their families. I will be raising awareness and collecting non-perishable food items to donate to Luton Foodbank this will be in the form of an event which will be revealed soon! I believe the gap and divide between rich and poor should be smaller, as cliché as it may sound, as humans we have a duty to help one another! Food poverty does not discriminate- it could affect the young or old, regardless of your occupation, race or culture.
