This is the cause/root of almost all cases of police brutality, unnecessary use of force, statistically demonstrated racial bias concerning search, arrest, prosecution and imprisonment, probation and penalties and deaths against black people (clearly most pronounced) and other minorities. This is what needs to be addressed.....and changed, if we want to stop Mike Brown, Trayvon Martin, Kajieme Powell, and so many more situations from happening. Period. Everyone is walking around with implicit biases as described in the video.....how do you permanently and most efficiently change those biases.....on both sides? Think about that before you do anything.
