This is the extent of the Yuan dynasty that does it show the Spartly Islands and the Scarborough shoal? Why didnt China(Ming Dynasty) contest the Spartlys during 1521 when Philippines was under Spanish Rule? Why China (Quing Dynasty) didnt file a protest against the British Malaya in their rule of Sarawak and rented Sabah from the Sultan of Jolo, Sulu from the Philippines? Why didnt the Mongols occupy the entire Philippines with larger Islands if thats the case that it was an alleged part of the Yuan Dynasty both Scarborough and Spartlys? When Genghis Khan died, the once unified Mongol Empire was divided into seven Khanates: Il Khanate, Yuan, Mongolia, Changadai Khanate, Blue Horde amd White Horde. Note that the Mongols at time are not sea farerers but obviously, they were all were horsemen.
