This is the face of someone who got to come back home! We almost werent sure as the Dr stepped out to double check everything and make a decision but he came back in and said we coukd go...for now. We will be starting a new medicine to hopefully increase her appetite and will go back at the end of April. I am happy that when we meet the specialist next month we will have exhausted our options here and she will have been on this new regimen long enough to make a well informed decision on our next course of action. He did confirm that it is possible she still has delayed gastric emptying (even after the pyloric surgery) Tomorrow is a stressful day. The tube switch is not a big issue but I am worried about her coming out of the anesthesia. I just dont want to watch her seize like that again, its truely a helpless feeling. But today we will celebrate another beautiful day and rejoice in the fact that we are able to be out in it :)
