This is the feedback I received from analysis of my genome! Just as well Im a powerlifter eh?! Some of the changes Ill make now to my training and diet will include longer rest periods between sets. As my recover is low, without adequate recovery subsequent sets wont be as effective. My resting metabolism is quite low therefore TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) estimations are likely to too liberal for me so Ill probably aim for lower calorie intake to maintain my weight. Thats just a very quick example of how genetic testing can be used to optimise your training and nutrition! (A written report is also provided)
