This is the message that ive wrote to Sodetel! Tell me what should i do else: "Dear Sodetel, with all my repect you are the worst internet providers when it comes to support. My internet has been dead since the 18th of june. They told me that the problem is from central jeita (something in the splitter) and i knew about the problem with a "wasta". So i called u back to tell u about the issue and instead of sending the engineer to fix the problem at the central u sent him to my house. I told him about the problem he stayed only 5 min and then told me that the problem is not from the house (dah!). Then after 2 weeks (which is 1 month after the issue and 2 weeks past from now) the same engineer called me from central jeita to ask if the connection is working since the problem was from a splitter and caused the internet problems at 8 houses! So you waited 2 weeks after 8 houses reported the same problem then u got ur engineer to check the central while ive been telling u about the problem the whole way. Anyway after the problem was resolved and everything was working good for 5 min, the connection went down again but now for a different reason. I called ur operators and after charging the monthly subscription and after spending a day on the phone with ur operators, i decided to tell u that i need the support again to come to mu house. The operator replied that the support cant come at the same day or the day after and i have to wait for friday(this story was on wednesday 2 weeks ago). So here we are till this hour and after many promises and after many calls, none of ur engineers came to fix the issue and u made me charge the monthly subs for NOTHING! Just to tell u that I own a clinic and i have to use the internet daily. While ur good at doing nothing and in keeping us waiting, i decided to do nothing but "bahdelkon" all over the social media because im fed up with ur bad services. And just to tell u that my fiance faced the same problem 1 year ago and "till now" he is waiting for the support and someone to set the internet for him Robert ElChabb and same for my friend. And just to tell u that this case is gonna be reported to the ministry of telecom nicolas sahnaoui! I know manyyyyu people who got fed up from ir bad services! 2 weeks waiting for the support and for nothing! Thank u for the unprofessionalism! " and now what? Since lately ma chi 3am yemche gher bel bahdale 3al social media (cz l3alam bi khafo men el jorsa) so lets see if this way is gonna work.
