This is the most impressive fitness model in the game right now. Whats sad, is that Michele posts this video....and 15,000 people believe these foolish exercises create abdominals. Abs are made in the Kitchen with proper nutrition, end of story! Society is so easily deceived, by beauty in videos and pictures. Yes, shes drop dead gorgeous, with exceptional genetics.....but shes not properly educated in exercise science, whatsoever. If endless ab exercises actually produced abs.....half the worlds population would have visible abs, from their P90x DVDs......
