This is the passage she quotes -- from sec. 6331 of the IRS Code (Title 26, US Code) -- that proves the 100 year old fraud. Levy may be made upon the accrued salary or wages of any officer, employee, or elected official, of the United States, the District of Columbia, or any agency or instrumentality of the United States or the District of Columbia, by serving a notice of levy on the employer (as defined in section 3401(d)) of such officer, employee, or elected official. Do you legally qualify to have your wages levied? Are you, in fact, an officer, employee, or elected official of the government or any of its myriad agencies? If so, pay your damned taxes and leave everyone else the hell alone. Hot tip: Only 23 of the 50 Titles in the US Code have been enacted into statutory law... Title 26 (IRS code) is not one of them.
