This is the resasin sick people like me cannot find the help I desperately need. This January will be 19 years that I had a botched surgery that put me out of commission and then one problem after another. Spine went out. Brain tumor the surgery left me with nerve damage also. Pancreatits attacks, colitis and now Nash A very painful liver disease. I havent been able to find a pain clinic that does anything more than injections. Wow. Im at the end of my rope. Those are only a few of my medical problems. Ive been on opiates since the 12th surgery that ruined my life. But when I was put on the medications I was able to get out of bed and mother my children. Have a life. My palliative doctor recently moved and I am suffering beyond belief. I had a doc tell me IM AFRAID I HAVE KIDS AND A FAMILY I CANT WRITE MEDS. WTF IS HE DOING IN THE PAIN BIZ THEN? THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE OUT HERE THAT NEED THESE MEDS TO FUNCTION AND NOT SUFFER. ITS INHUMANE. IT CAUSES MORE SUICIDES IN OUR COUNTRY THAN YOUD EVER BELIEVE. NOT EVERYONE ABUSES THE MEDS. NOT EVERYONE CRUSHES AND SNORTS THEM. I CAN SEE WHY SOME PEOPLE IN PAIN WOULD TURN TO HEROIN IN THIS SHAPE. U HAVE TO BE DYING IF CANCER TO GET HELP. IM DYING IN PAIN IT WILL KILL ME IF I HAVE TO CONTINUE TO LAY IN BED AND NOT FUNCTION. IM GOING TO FIND A WAY TO GO BEFORE CONGRESS IF POSSIBLE AND TELL THEM WHATS UP. DOCTORS CAN DO URINE TESTING UNEXPECTED PILL COUNTS. IT ISNT THAT DAMN HARD. DO PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATIONS ALSO. I WENT THROUGH MONTHS OF ALL THAT AT GEORGETOWN BEFORE I EVER GOT PAIN MEDS. DOCTORS U TAKE AN OATH. 1ST DO NO HARM. WELL YOURE HARMING ME AND LOTS OF OTHERS. IM FED UP WITH THIS KIND OF HELL WHEN THEY HAVE THE MEDS TO HELP WITH AWFUL PAIN. WHEN THEY HAVE WAYS TO MAKE THE PILLS TAMPER PROOF. THERE USED TO BE DOCTORS TO HELP ADDICTS THAT HAD SEVERE PAIN. BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE HAVE HAD SEVERE INJURIES AND HAPPEN TO HAVE DRUG PROBLEMS. SO NOW THEY END UP GOING TO THE STREET TOO. JUST THOUGHT ID SHARE THIS. WE DO HAVE SOME DOCTORS THAT ARE JUST BAD. DRUG DEALERS.BUT MOST ARE NOT. IN 19 YEARS IVE ONLY RAN INTO ONE
