This is the same group that is spending billion of tax dollars and placing trillions of dollars in taxes on America.....and for some reason ...they have a problem using a toilet....and we expect them to clean up our environment. I am nor sure, but a person that is not potty trained, lack charter suffice to crap in the hall....may not be qualified to work at the EPA....Of course this appears to be a general reflection of the EPA morality and character, lack thereof ! It appears, however, that a regional office has reached a new low: Management for Region 8 in Denver, Colo., email earlier this year to all staff in the area pleading with them to stop inappropriate bathroom behavior, including defecating in the hallway
