This is the video mentioned on our previous post. It was published on YouTube on September 1, 2013 under the header: Georgia Prison Guard Caught Severely Beating Inmate with Hammer. As usual, no charges were file on anyone involved. From the YouTube site: 2010 footage surfaces of unidentified officers in Smith State Prison hitting Miguel Jackson and Kelvin Stevenson with an hammer/object. You can hear a prison guard shout that the officer has a hammer. Within the entire GBI file, no GBI investigate agent, or prison official, identifies the guard on the video who is clearly beating non resisting Miguel Jackson and Kelvin Stevenson with the hammer/object . If you look closely you will see a very large man lying on top of Kelvin Stevenson as the other guard batters his head with the hammer/object. Eye witnesses state that Stevenson was also handcuffed at the time.
