This is too cool: a 36-Gigapixel image of one of my favorite petroglyph sites: Lewis Canyon, on a remote stretch of the Pecos River in Texas. I love exploring this remarkable site when I canoe down the Pecos. This image is hard to appreciate fully if you havent been to the site, but the snapshots feature on the lower left automatically zooms in to some of the amazing petroglyphs. There are long stories told in these rocks, with great images of rattlesnakes, hunting trips, and apparent hallucinations. Enjoy! gigapan/gigapans/136529
