This is video of the NYPD shooting the knife wielding attacker at Chabad World HQ. People are dissecting this video quite a bit, and for good reason; but Id like to point out something that very few people are mentioning. If you listen to one of the rabbis who stayed in the building with the man, he pleads with the cop not to shout the attacker. He does this after watching the man stab Levi Rosenblatt in the head. I dont fault the cops for shooting the man. They showed more patience than I think they should have, and much more than I would have in their position. I believe that Levi was still on the scene injured while they tried to get the man to drop his weapon. Luckily Levi survived, and seems to be recovering.
