Grizzly Bears are not killed for food, they are hunted for sport and trophy parts, made into rugs. These animals population numbers have clearly diminished and their range is shrinking rapidly. Sadly this imoral activity is legal and is even supported by the government, this in spite of the fact that over 78% of the population oppose this abhorrent activity. Why does this happen you may ask? The outfitters have a powerful and wealthy lobby that sponsors PR campaigns and lobbies government with much success. This must stop ! The public needs to be made aware that this is going on and is government sanctioned. Social media is a way to counter this lobby, we are 12 000 strong!
