This is what I have to deal with at work. This, my friends, is an example of PURE IGNORANCE. They wanted a refund which is against our policy BUT I told them I would talk to the owner and have them get their money back anyway. The owner said fine but only because I asked him to BUT it had to come from the company not his register. Whats not shown is me explaining this to her husband and her husband squaring up with me and threatening to beat my ass. Then calling his wife and crew to come and do it for him. Needless to say I tried to keep it professional. But since the owners didnt do what they needed to do to protect me... I quit. So if anyone knows this pussy and his wife. . .tell them to hit me up now. We can go toe to toe!
