Heidi, Your interview ranks in the top three out of 19 local candidates in my analysis, when hard work, degree of analytical ability, candor, familiarity with issues (willingness to admit non-familiarity on some cases, but your approach shows that youre a very quick study) and so on are taken into account. I judge interviews by how many headaches and how much interest they compel from me, and with you, no headaches, and a lot of good surprises. Pierre
