This is what I shared with Will Wheaton: Only cowards send death threats, rape threats, hack and doxx. Ive had all four happen to me multiple times in the wrestling, anime, video game and MikuMikuDance communities. Each one of my attackers never posted their real faces, real names, or had the guts to come forward and tell me why I deserved to be killed, raped, kill myself or be hacked. And not once have I ever met any of them, messaged them prior to an outburst or did anything to them. They are still strangers to me, never brave enough to tell me why I was good enough to be their punching bag. They didnt know me. If they saw me on the street, all I could be to them is another Joe (or Jane) blow average. But as soon as Im online and in their territory, suddenly I am public enemy #1. If you Google me, I am Codename Sailor Earth. And I am not ashamed to be her. I wont let strangers decide for me if I deserve to post what I like to.
