This is what I wrote for section C.... what do you guys think? We can have a different one if you guys want but this is just my opinion on what members should remember for future communication through conflicts One key point that members should remember for future conflicts is to be prepared to arrange some sort of compromise or collaboration instead of avoiding or fighting against the situation. Team members should be allowed to find a solution where both individuals are fully satisfied and may continue on in a positive environment. A Second key point is to remain positive through the hardships of the difficult conflicts that may arise or continue to arise through future projects. An individual must remember that conflicts arise in every situation, project or/and teams. Where there is a conflict there is always a solution to resolve the conflict before it gets out of hand. Having a positive outlook throughout the situation will allow the process to be much smoother between all team members. If you allow yourself to be in a positive mode then others will feel the same way which will create a positive and understanding environment. A Third key point is to remember that if conflicts do not subside through emails, chat rooms or any other technological communications, then a meeting between the two members or all members will have to be created. A face-to-face interaction between individuals or team members will have a better cooperative atmosphere. It will allow everyone to view gestures and voice tones between others where communicating through technology does not allow one to do so. This will also allow members to view everyones opinion as a whole and have no delayed messages or people avoiding the situation.
