This is what Israel has had to put up with for Decades! America has been sending millions of dollars for the Palestinians to buy concrete to buld housing and money to repair their infrastructure. But the Terrorist organisation Hamas who are in control would rather use the monies to buy concrete to build tunnels into Israel to kill innocent Jewish women and Children! They are too cowardly to face the Israel Defense Force out in the open. Their MO is to hide rocket launchers in Mosques, Hospitals and Schools and fire them into Israel. They are long gone leaving the Palestinian Innocents, Women, Men and Children to be killed when Israel Retaliates. Israel first sends in a smoke bomb, drops leaflets, makes telephone calls, warning everyone to vacate the area where the rockets are being fired from! Hamas knows this and exploits the Humanitarian efforts of Israel! COWARDS...
